I started my ITIL specialization in the early 2000s. My learning has been bimodal. On the one hand, from the experience helping companies of multiple sizes and industries to improve their IT services and, on the other, from the academy in the ITIL Diploma of the University of Chile the last 10 years.
From the beginning, I have been interested in helping my clients and students connect the concepts of ITIL as a framework with the real challenges that organizations face every day to unlock the value of IT services. Connecting "knowing" with "doing" is a critical skill in IT Services professionals.
In 2001 my experience with ITIL began. I am an Exin and Peoplecert certified instructor in ITIL V3 and ITIL 4 respectively. I have shared with more than 3,000 students in the ITIL Diploma of the University of Chile and in Talentis, a certification company that I founded in the middle of the last decade.
Over the years, I have helped my students connect ITIL best practices with the challenges they face in their organizations.
I have also helped companies of the most diverse industries and sizes to improve their IT services.
